Remarks & Notes
Did you know, Auto Train is the longest passenger train in the world? It's longer than the Empire State building is tall. It also happens to be the only Amtrak train where you can bring your vehicle along for the trip, and saving vacationers and snow birds about 900 miles of driving between the Orlando, Florida and Washington DC areas. Here's a rare look of vehicles being offloaded from the upper level of an auto carrier.

Amtrak's longest train takes passengers and their vehicles on an overnight trip between Florida and the Northeast while eliminating 850 miles of driving. It is popular with snowbirds and families.
