| A pair of Lhoist (formerly Franklin Minerals) B23-7 locomotives switches cars at the NS interchange in Rockwood, TN. They’ve just arrived with loads from the limestone quarry in Crab Orchard, and soon will be headed back up the mountain with a cut of empties. |
