| The 2017 edition of Amtrak's Autumn Express heads north up the River Sub past a waiting freight. Amtrak assigned three special locomotives to this train, with 156 leading and 145/642 trailing. The 642 was only needed to get the train into and out of New York's Penn Station on the Northeast Corridor. The train ran up the west shore and down the east shore of the Hudson River. There was only a little fall color visible at Teaneck in this view of the hind end of the train. |
