| After having to stop a mile or so from this location for a signal, Norfolk & Western J Class 4-8-4 #611 puts on quite a show of steam power, accelerating the train up to track speed in just a short distance to the pleasure of the close to 100 railfans crammed on to the Thomas jefferson Rd bridge. |
