| Measuring run for the wheel-rail forces with Re 4/4 # 165 "Moutier" (with second name "Aschi") of the BLS, which is running with two special measuring axles with sensors. The max. velocity was 86 instead of 80 km/h in the 300 meter radius curves of the Gotthard north ramp. The responsible railway was Swiss Rail Traffic (SRT). The classic brown BLS locomotive was built in 1967 by SLM and BBC and has 4990 kW. |
