Santa Fe ... And Amtrak?

Cresting Cajon Pass’ summit is a Santa Fe eastbound, powered by GP35 2850, GP35 2822, a GP30, another GP35 and GP30 2702. Just behind the power is Amtrak F40PH 293, possibly deadheading to Barstow for maintenance that Amtrak could not perform in Los Angeles. A spring storm has left a little snow behind on this March 1987 day.
