| The biggest storm since '95...That's what the locals are saying anyway... With more than 18" of fresh powder blanketing the C&O mainline, high priority CSX Q135 tunnels through snow drifts from Winter Storm Jonas. Q135 is the first train to pass in 20+ hours. |
