"Just hangin' around." 2132 dangles just off her new display track during the final lift to place her in her new home. She's had a rough life, previous caregivers did her no favors. She's been cut in half previously for the move to GA from FL. Now she's had her top chopped to clear the trip obstacles between GA and Corbin, KY. None the less, she's still an important piece. 2132 is the only surviving example of a L&N homebuilt loco produced in KY at their South Louisville Shops, and she was assigned here in Corbin during her service with the L&N. Based on the excitement and numbers of people who braved sub 10 degree temps to see her arrive and be moved, she's in the best home she's had in many, many years.
