Remarks & Notes
First ever heritage unit on the Chesapeake Western. The Monongahela is on point leading 83 empty grain cars back to the NS Shenandoah yard. 8025 Monongahela unit came in town shortly before Christmas and spent the entire time in hiding on secluded siding awaiting its call to return to the NS main line. Thanks to Steve Wilt for the heads up on its arrival.

Solely the CW Past and Present. July 5, 1895 CW moved its first load of freight and although its existence is merely on paper today, its roots run deep. 128 years and still moving freight. The CW operates as a subsidiary of Norfolk Southern.
