Remarks & Notes

In the seventies and eighties SP ran "haulers" from Taylor yard in Los Angeles and Colton yard in West Colton to various outlying points and return with power being virtually anything SP owned or leased. Here a westbound "hauler" was taking the ninety degree curve at East Bank Jct headed for Taylor yard in Los Angeles led by a Cotton Belt GP 20 and an SP U50B.
