Remarks & Notes
Conrail is in the midst of rebuilding their Enola Branch as one of their relatively rare diesels set up for long-hood forward operation leads a train west through Port Interlocking. The 2757 was purchased during the administration of ex-Southern Railway man William Harreld Moore, who was hired in 1970 by Penn Central to turn things around. (The Southern favored long-hood forward operation.) Note the limp cross-catenary above the lead locomotive, caused by a bent cat pole.

Railroading in the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, basically anything but the 2000s.
