WP GP40's were reassigned to Texas after the UP-MP-WP merger, having been bumped by CCS equipped UP six axle power. Here the MF (Memphis-Ft.Worth) train is approaching Texarkana with a slug of Eastman tanks on the head end that will set out at Longview, TX.
