Remarks & Notes

Juxtaposition: GRLW's EMD GP9 duo no. 3751 & 3752 are resting at the former Piedmont & Northern River Junction shops in Greenville, SC. This was one evening before going under the knife replacing both truck set assemblies for each engine. I found it neat that this relic axle gear set of a traction motor to be lying near and wanted to capture the similarities of both being in the same place. The blue behind the door vents are air filters for the engine compartment.
