While a southbound oil train cruises by on CSX, the leased CSX power is seen resting at the NYSW Engine Facility. In recent months, the Southern Division on the NYSW (Besides road freights) has been mostly ran by leased locomotives from CSX, Norfolk Southern, & CEFX.. Although leasers have always been part of the railroads local power, since 2 of the SD40T-2s are out for rebuild, more leasers have been needed.
