The St. Paul Tunnels: The BNCP transfer is Popping out of a tunnel that looks more at home in Southern Missouri, Northern Arkansas, or Kentucky, rather than downtown St. Paul, MN. BNCP is bringing 88 cars down the hill today from Northtown Yard, to the CP at St. Paul. The tunnel takes the St. Paul Sub under the Midway Sub above, and at one time was actually double tracked. Taken while off duty, wearing full PPE.
