Peak foliage is abundant during the final week of the Green Mountain Railroad's Foliage Special trips between Chester - Ludlow - and Bellows Falls. GMRC Alco RS-1 #405 is seen rolling out of the Cavendish Gulf and the (not-so) Green Mountains on October 15.
