A quartet of Millsite-based class 34 GE's are running up the short grade out of Syferbult on a summer afternoon, hauling containers from Krugersdorp to Mafikeng. This siding was once a manned station with semaphore signals, but sadly the traffic from the grain silos now all goes by road.
