For the heritage days BB 66170 has pulled preserverd material for exhibition. In March 1955 CC 7107 attained on separate high-speed runs near Bordeaux 331 kilometres per hour (206 mph) = world speed record. CC 7107 retained the locomotive speed record for over 50 years.
