This is the north approach to the Big Four Bridge which spans the Ohio River between Jeffersonville, IN and Louisville, KY. The photo was taken looking south along Mulberry Street in Jeffersonville. In August, 1974 the bridge was already out of service and its approaches were in the early stages of removal. The bridge still stands today as a pedestrian crossing between Kentucky and Indiana.
