Detoured Stacks on the Delaware
CSX Q-004 is seen crossing the Millrift bridge which carries the Southern Tier across the Delaware and into New York State one last time. While the train itself only has CSX power, its actually operating with an NYSW crew over the CNYK Southern Tier. Daylight freights on the Tier are certainly an uncommon occurrence and two fellow buffs took to extreme circumstances to get their shots and went into the Delaware River for a better vantage point. Talk about dedication! |
