A westbound Burlington Northern Santa Fe grain train slogs past the accumulated snow at East Glacier, Montana, as a state highway plow scrapes by on Highway 2 on a sunny (at least in East Glacier) March 2, 1997. The grain train is powered by an eclectic set of motive power—led by BNSF GE C44-9W No. 1002, BNSF GE B40-8W No. 581 and Santa Fe SD40 No. 5001.
