Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad #463 is dressed up for it's past owner, the Denver & Rio Grande Western as it storms up the 4% grade through Dalton, NM. The #463, a K-27 2-8-2 and the smallest steam locomotive on the C&TS roster, is pulling the Chama Steam Railfan Days charter on this beautiful August morning.
