Remarks & Notes

A strange thing to see on a Sunday, especially with two locomotives. As it turns out this is a PTC test train, included sand bag weighted cars (7). Here it is cresting the top of 2.85% grade, this portion of which is the former NP Prairie Line through South Tacoma.
