Amtrak train 513 rolls over a bridge at the south end of Chuckanut Bay about 20 minutes south of Bellingham, WA as it heads towards Mt. Vernon, WA, Everett and Seattle. The northbound counterpart will show up in about 45 minutes along with two BNSF freights.
