Metrolink's sole F40PH #800 (former AMTK 396) leads train 802 from Laguna Niguel into the San Bernardino station where it will become train 321 to Los Angeles. Sadly, with the delivery of new EMD F125 "Spirit" locomotives in the near future, #800's days are numbered, and it will be retired from the Metrolink fleet (along with most, if not all of the F59 locomotives, depending on if Metrolink decides to order up to 20 more F125s, bringing the total to 40) within the next couple years.
