Union Pacific EMD SD70ACe No 4141, specially-painted and dedicated to the George Bush 41 Presidential Library and Museum, sits just outside the paint shop at Jenks Shop in North Little Rock, Arkansas, on May 18, 2015. The locomotive just received a fresh coat of silver from the frame down.
