The Erie Lackawanna Railroad 3639, later Conrail 6670, sits with the other relics in Norfolk Southern's West Yard in Roanoke. The SPD45 is listed as being owned by the Virginia Museum of Transportation. From what I have heard, there are no present plans to do anything with it or the others here unfortunately. Not long after the photo was taken most of the Dash-8's were moved, possibly for the new Dash-8.5 upgrade NS is currently working on.
