Vermont Rail System's VTR GP38-2 201 and GMRC GP40 305 are working south from Newport to White River Junction, Vermont, crossing over the temporary "Bailey Bridge" that was constructed by Engineers Construction Inc. (ECI) while a new concrete culvert system is constructed beneath the right-of-way in Ryegate, at WACR Bridge 27E, over the Manchester Brook.
