Bubble wrapped from China. The first one off the Indonesian registered vessel, Kato Bangga, of the eighteen Chinese built diesel locomotives for SNCC (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer du Congo) in the DRC (Democratic Republic of the Congo). With the DRC being a landlocked African country, these Chinese imports arrived via the Port of Durban in South Africa.
