Remarks & Notes

Train 55 is cruising through the Meadowlands bound for Port Jervis. The locomotive started life as NJTR 4116 an F40PH-2 and was rebuilt by NJ Transit to an F40PH-2CAT which added a Caterpillar Head End Power unit. After it's career on NJT, the unit was acquired by Metro North for its West-Of-Hudson service and was rebuilt by Progress Rail to an F40PH-3C.
