A place of lore amongst fans of the Ann Arbor RR, the former shops, now owned and operated by Great Lakes Central RR play host to some interesting operations, and can definitely keep someone busy for a while. Stowed away for the holiday weekend, GLC 399 occupies the high bay shop, sharing it with a pair of Alco trucks, work equipment, and a number of new locomotive wheel sets. Taken with permission.
