| When dreams become a reality Norfolk & Western J-Class No. 611 simmers under nighttime skies on the grounds of the N.C. Transportation Museum. After arriving at the museum in Spring of 2014, N&W 4-8-4 No. 611's 12-month restoration is nearing completion and a summer of Virginia-based steam excursions are rapidly approaching.
