Finally after waiting for an hour to get permission clear someone work limited, CSX Q212-24 (Waycross,GA-Louisville,KY) creeps its way up Raccoon Mountain grade with its headlight shut off before passing a derrick on its way north for Nashville, TN. the traffic was heavy and movement was very sluggish due to the PTC signaling project on the Chattanooga Sub.
