| Signs, signs, everywhere there's signs... It would be hard to miss the fact that the CSX Governors Kentucky Derby Train was under Blue Flag protection the day before her run to the Kentucky Derby as she was getting her consist prepped for the next days passengers. The consist is occupying the remnants of the former Frankfort & Cincinnati Railroad, a local short line defunct since the 80's. |
