Remarks & Notes

This is just to prove to everyone I do move around in the daylight. The 125th Station on the No. 1 line is elevated about 40' above the street and is a unique breath of air and light for the line. That is because it emerges from underground due to a steep dip in Manhattan topography only to burrow again after about 4000'.

There it goes, dear No. 1. Destination? 242 St and Van Cortlandt, the Bronx.
