I actually don't think this is at UP/MP Jenks, based on satellite photos. The preponderance of ex-MoPac SDs and the KCS make me think midwest (Chicago or KC). Does anyone recognize this? Possible locations: Houston, Dallas, KC, Chicagoland, Little Rock, Cheyenne, Denver ... maybe some other place I'm not thinking of.
