Severe Thunderstorms at 10:35a blew 5 railcars and 11 40' containers over the side of the Huey P. Long Bridge. Railcars and containers fell about 60-70 feet to the ground. There is one railcar that remains on the bridge but is derailed and partially hanging over the side.
