| The 1700 series baggage car that never was? Former Amtrak 7601 was a Clocker Coach that apparently started to undergo conversion into a 1700 series baggage car but was never completed. None of the 1700 series Baggage cars were created from former Clocker Coaches, which makes this photo more unique. When photographed, the car was under private ownership. |
