Remarks & Notes
Rare Miles. One of the Batten Kill's two RS-3's crosses the Batten Kill just south of Rt 29 as it pulls stored spine cars down the old line from Thomson. This trackage west of the village is original Greenwich & Johnsonville trackage that runs west to Thomson. These tracks had not seen service in many years until 2014 when the railroad used the line for car storage of new trash container spines.
