Seen here, Amtrak’s Chicago bound Southwest Chief #4 quickly travels through the small community of Rowe, NM, on an absolutely beautiful winter afternoon. Decorated in the Phase III paint scheme, this train features Heritage unit #145 is the lead locomotive.
