The second half - 45 cars - of Vermont Rail System's first 100-car ethanol train is moved through Smithville, Vermont, on Saturday, March 14, with all of the VRS GP40-2 fleet and a lone GP38-3 tucked in for good measure. VTR's (ex-B&M) GP40-2s 303 and 308 lead GP38-3 207, GP40-2 307 and CLP GP40-2 306 as the train heads downgrade toward Ludlow.
