BNSF 4029 encountered a locked axle on the Arkansas City Sub main, shortly after departing Arkansas City, KS. The TWD at Hackney, KS caught the offender. The lead motors were cut away, so RJ Corman could go to work removing the old traction motor and adding a new wheelset.
