The DP units on this 96 car Peoria, IL, to Cedar Rapids, IA, coal train creep by as the train enter into the Crandic's 900 yard on the southwest side of Cedar Rapids. These train load on the NS, which interchange them to the IAIS at Peoria, then IAIS interchanges them to the CIC at Cedar Rapids, bound for unloading the ADM plant in Cedar Rapids. The train ran 2x2 DP-ed across the IAIS to help over the grades west of Davenport.
