Night has fallen as well as another 2-5" of snow in what many people hope is the end of one of the coldest winter's in New York City's history. Two R-188 MU trains pass in opposite directions, the one on the left uptown and the one on the right downtown. Just another night at E. 180th St. Station.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
