"Outlawed Empty Ethanol"

While the snow is falling over the northeast, K409 is seen outlawed in the Middle Control Siding between CP-7 and CP-10 on the CSX River Sub. A CP SD40-2 is on point of a DME SD40-2 and a NS Dash-9. Nice to still see pairs of red SD40s going into 2015
