A down-on view of the Washington County RR plow extra on February 11, shows the ex-CP plow (401008) that is now VB-103 and borrowed from the Central Maine & Quebec Railway, working south of Barton, Vermont, on the way from Newport to Lyndonville, Vermont, to push back banks and clear flangeways on the WACR line.
