Remarks & Notes
The Batten Kill Railroad's veteran Alco RS-3 of Delaware & Hudson origin - built in September of 1952 and wearing the scheme that the D&H applied to it for operations on the lines it works today for the BKRR - is seen hauling the ex-D&H flanger car along the branch line from Greenwich to Eagle Bridge, New York. The light fresh snow from a weekend storm is being moved from the right-of-way with ease on February 16.
