NS D70, a transfer from Voltz Yard to BNSF's Argentine Yard, threads its way through some of the many searchlight signals still guarding the rails around Santa Fe Junction in Kansas City, MO. Power for the train consists of two BNSF geeps representing both predecessor railroads. With replacements for the searchlights already nearby, scenes like this will soon be impossible to come by.
