| CNW 4406 and 4401, GP15-1s, pair up on a transfer to/from the DWP connection in downtown Duluth on a beautiful summer day in 1977. By the mid-80s everything would change and this area would be part of Interstate 35. All interchange for CNW would be handled in the Superior, WI terminals. |
