Hampton Roads Transit operates "The Tide," a light rail line that extends 7.4 miles from the Eastern Virginia Medical Center complex east through downtown Norfolk to Newtown Road at the border of Virginia Beach. The line has eleven stations. On January 20th, 2015, light rail vehicle 401 is seen departing the Harbor Park station, which serves both Amtrak and the stadium where baseball's minor league Norfolk Tides play.
